State,
District, or School Data
“The Search for… is an interactive feature that allows you to access, display, and print a variety of information for the state or for a selected school or school district in Mississippi. Student assessment data are available beginning with school year 1998/1999, accountability results are available beginning with 2003/2004, and NCLB Report Cards are available beginning with 2004/2005. The NCLB-required report card for schools, districts, and the state for 2011/2012 can be accessed at
http://www.msreportcard.com/rc2012. Report Cards for 2004/2005 – 2010/2011 can be selected from “State, District, or School Data” from the Main Menu. When you reach the site, there are several dropdown selection boxes at the top for choosing the district, school, and year. After making your selections, click on the “NCLB RC” tab, then click on the “Print Selected Tab” to review the Report Card. This is an excellent tool when you are looking for an overall picture of an individual school or district.
